How in the world is the universe essentially random? I don;t think science backs that up at all.

Science certainly doesn’t back up angels, but randomness?

All science points down to cause and effect, action/reaction. There’s nothing random about it.

Granted, at a subatomic level there are some particles whose movements we don’t quite understand. But at a quantum level we’ve learned that there’s not even a thing called matter or energy, just information, and that time and space are illusions of the mind to help us understand the universe.

If we’re gonna get theological about, science back up the ancient taoist, hindus and buddhists more than any other religious-like groups (how appropriate for a return from the east).

Anyway, that’s my 2 cents.
